The German People Checking On Their Parliament From Above

The architect Norman Foster has designed the dome on the roof of the Reichstag in Berlin. From within the dome, which has been created as the symbol of the reunification of Germany, it is possible for the German people to see their parliament in action. The glass dome is situated right above the debating chamber.
